Head of Revenue Operations

Location: San Francisco, CA| Comp: $160K–$200K + Equity + Benefits

A fast-growing, well-funded healthtech startup is looking for a Head of Revenue Operations to build and scale the engine behind our sales, marketing, and customer success functions. If you’re excited to own GTM infrastructure from the ground up and drive strategy at a high-growth company, we’d love to talk.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the full RevOps function—forecasting, funnel design, dashboards, comp models, CRM & GTM tools
  • Build scalable systems across GTM teams from scratch
  • Partner directly with founders to drive strategy and infrastructure through rapid growth
  • Define success metrics and build the reporting to track them

What We’re Looking For

  • 5–10 years in RevOps, Sales Strategy, or GTM at high-growth B2B SaaS companies
  • Strong background in complex sales cycles (data, security, infra preferred)
  • Hands-on with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Apollo, Clay
  • Expert in Excel/Sheets; comfortable building models and workflows with minimal input
  • Proven success implementing and optimizing CRM and automation systems
