Senior Staff Product Marketing Specialist

Job Description:

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Staff Product Marketing Specialist to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space. This role will drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer engagement, brand performance, and measurable demand creation. You will partner with creative, analytics, product, and commercial teams to turn market insights into campaigns, tests, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to shape go-to-market execution while improving acquisition, conversion, and revenue outcomes within a manufacturing environment.

Location:

Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

​

Compensation:

$150,000 – $190,000 annually

Responsibilities

​

•  Plan channel engagement in collaboration with Product Groups and Solutions Team
•  Build marketing plans based on release schedules
•  Present solutions and product releases at Distributor offices
•  Conduct workshops with Distributors and Customers
•  Develop relationships with key accounts and ecosystem partners
•  Promote application-focused solutions and champion cross-business initiatives
•  Facilitate collaboration across Business Development, sales, and marketing teams

Qualifications

​

•  Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
•  8+ years in business development, marketing, or technical sales
•  Deep understanding of Industrial market, especially in Building Automation or Energy
•  Proven ability to follow up on leads and develop field relationships
•  Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and communication skills
•  Experience working in a matrixed, cross-functional environment
