Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Marketing Lead at Cobalt. The Marketing Lead will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, conducting market research, driving sales enablement initiatives, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Daily tasks will include leading integrated marketing campaigns, analyzing market trends, and maintaining effective communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication for internal collaboration, stakeholder engagement, and external messaging
- Proficiency in Market Research and Marketing Strategy development to identify opportunities and craft effective campaigns
- Experience in Sales and fostering robust partnerships to drive business growth
- Customer Service expertise to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and support
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple projects effectively
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and data analytics is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
What you'll do
- Own positioning and messaging across the website, sales collateral, and product surfaces
- Run a content engine that ML engineers and research leaders actually read, including case studies, technical deep-dives, and benchmark releases
- Drive top-of-funnel demand through targeted campaigns, events, and partnerships
- Stand up the marketing stack: site, CRM, analytics, paid channels where they earn their keep
- Partner closely with sales and the founders to build enablement that converts technical buyers
- Build Cobalt's reputation as the place to work on the hardest data problems in AI
