Marketing & Brand Growth Specialist (5800)

Job Description:

NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Marketing & Brand Growth Specialist to join our client’s team. This is a remote, direct hire position.

SALARY: $65,000-$90,000 (depending on experience) with significant upside.

​

Requirements

​

•  2-5+ years experience in eCommerce or consumer product marketing
•  Hands-on experience managing social media platforms, TikTok, and Instagram
•  Proficiency in email marketing and influencer outreach
•  Experience in community management and content creation
•  Data-driven with a proven track record of business growth
•  Entrepreneurial mindset

Responsibilities

​

•  Manage day-to-day social media activities across multiple platforms, including TikTok and Instagram
•  Create, schedule, and publish engaging content
•  Respond to comments and DMs to foster community engagement
•  Develop and execute email marketing campaigns
•  Coordinate influencer and brand ambassador outreach
•  Monitor and report on campaign performance, recommending improvements
•  Collaborate with leadership on marketing strategies and growth initiatives
•  Identify trends and content opportunities to grow brand awareness
•  Support product launches and promotional campaigns
•  Track and report on marketing performance and key metrics
