🎯 The Opportunity

​

As Marketing Lead, you'll sit at the heart of the business, partnering directly with the founders and leadership team to define how the company goes to market.  You'll own everything from the company's positioning and messaging through to product launches, brand awareness, demand generation and growth initiatives. You'll have the freedom to experiment, influence strategy and make decisions that genuinely move the needle.

For someone who enjoys operating in fast-moving environments, wearing multiple hats and building something from scratch, this is an incredibly rare opportunity.

💡 What You'll Own

​

✅ Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy.  

✅ Own positioning, messaging and the company's narrative.  

✅ Lead product launches and go-to-market initiatives.  

✅ Build awareness through content, thought leadership and storytelling.  

✅ Drive demand generation and growth across multiple channels.  

✅ Partner closely with Product, Sales and Customer Success.  

✅ Build customer advocacy, competitive intelligence and sales enablement.  

✅ Establish the foundations for a marketing organisation that will scale with the business.

You'll probably come from a high-growth SaaS or AI company where you've helped bring innovative products to market and worked cross-functionally with Product and GTM teams.
