Founding Marketing Lead

Location: Austin or San Francisco preferred, but considering great remote candidates.  

Comp: $80k-$130k. Generous equity depending on experience.

We are building the future of how agents and humans work together on large, complicated projects. We are tackling a big, exciting vision with an excellent team.

Our biggest gap is a marketing lead that help us tell the world about our product.

​

You'll own building the brand, the content engine, and the community around our product from scratch, working directly with the founders.

​

What you'll do

• Own and execute our content strategy across social, video, email, and web
• Ship short-form video and other content; you're comfortable in front of and behind the camera
• Manage and grow our social media presence
• Write compelling copy across ads, landing pages, emails, and launch announcements
• Talk directly to customers to help hone in our messaging and value prop
• Run scrappy growth experiments and report on what's working
• Partner directly with the founders on positioning, messaging, and GTM

What we're looking for

• Fluent in AI tools and automated marketing; you use them to move faster and do more with less
• Has done this before at an early-stage startup; you know what it feels like to build from zero
• Comfortable producing and shipping content regularly without waiting for perfect
• Strong writer with a good eye for design and brand
• Experience with social media and/or video content
• Self-directed; you don't need a playbook, you write one
• Comfortable managing freelancers and outside vendors

Nice to have

• Experience marketing a SaaS product, a marketplace, or both
• Familiarity with both buyer-side and seller-side community building
• Basic design skills
