About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our newly established Marketing Services agency division. This role is pivotal in providing full-service paid media and marketing solutions tailored for our B2B SaaS customers, primarily campground owners and operators. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Paid Search and Meta Ads, aiming to increase online bookings and enhance brand visibility for our clients. This position offers a unique opportunity to build and shape a new service offering from the ground up, working closely with our in-house performance marketing team, which manages internal campaigns for Campspot’s B2C Marketplace and SaaS businesses. The ideal candidate will bring agency experience, a hands-on approach to paid media management, and a passion for outdoor recreation and hospitality industries.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience working in a digital marketing agency setting
- Hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns, especially Google Search and Meta Ads, for multiple SMB clients
- Proven expertise in optimizing paid media channels for direct-response and e-commerce outcomes
- Proficiency with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and native ad platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data into actionable insights
- Technical skills in marketing tracking setup, troubleshooting, and auditing, including Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with experience in client-facing roles
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with CRM platforms is a plus
- Background in e-commerce or travel/hospitality industries is advantageous
Responsibilities
- Plan, build, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns on platforms such as Google Paid Search and Meta Ads to drive online bookings and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS) for campground clients
- Develop bespoke digital marketing strategies tailored to each client’s unique goals, budget, and target audience
- Coordinate and manage email marketing campaigns to boost customer engagement and bookings
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing clear, data-driven performance reports and insights using tools like GA4 and ad platform analytics
- Create and refine scalable workflows, reporting templates, and best practices to support the agency’s growth and service quality
- Research and propose new paid media channels, testing strategies, and innovative approaches to improve client results
- Implement, troubleshoot, and audit marketing tracking infrastructure, including setting up GA4 conversions, GTM tags, and verifying pixel firing for accurate attribution
- Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing strategies with overall business goals and ensure seamless campaign execution
