Position Overview:

The Sr. Digital Marketing Analyst serves as the Marketing department’s lead for measurement strategy and performance translation, responsible for planning and implementing an overall marketing analytics strategy to ensure that team members and stakeholders understand the data-driven decisions behind all digital marketing activities.

This position works alongside marketing strategists and channel owners to drive the performance and execution of campaigns through actionable reporting for targeted digital interactions. The Sr. Analyst is responsible for positioning Keller Williams’ domains as the premier choice on search engines and growing the organic presence of the brand while bridging the gap between traditional analytics and the transition toward LLM-driven search discoverability.

Responsibilities:

Analytics & Intelligence

  • Serves as the marketing team’s primary analytics resource, converting raw data from GA4 and HubSpot into centralized scorecards to provide actionable insights to strategists, channel owners, and leadership
  • Aggregates multiple data sources to create dashboards and reports that provide recommended actions and potential impact across all channels and campaigns
  • Defines and analyzes critical company KPI metrics including bounce rate, click-through rates, and cost per acquisition to evaluate potential impact across all channels
  • Leads quarterly analytics reviews, dashboard updates, and monthly content meetings for digital channels
  • Owns the registration tracking infrastructure to provide the team with a shared and reliable view of performance and where gaps need to be bridged
  • Standardizes audience segmentation models and reports on performance based on those specific audiences
  • Improves user experience through ongoing analysis and optimization tests using A/B or multivariate methods
  • Serves as the primary internal expert on Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager implementation to ensure consistency across departments
  • Guides the technical process for e-commerce tracking and partners with web developers to identify opportunities to streamline reporting
  • Partners with web development and digital strategy teams to define technical tracking requirements and identify opportunities to streamline tracking and reporting

Search & LLM

  • Positions Keller Williams domains as the premier choice within both traditional search engines and emerging LLM-driven search environments
  • Leads technical SEO and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) audits, keyword research, and content gap analyses using Ahrefs
  • Implements on-page SEO and GEO enhancements such as title tags, headings, and keyword usage based on advanced competitive analysis
  • Analyzes the impact of AI-driven search trends on organic brand discoverability and narrative share of voice

Automation & Efficiency

  • Scales Python workflows to automate recurring reporting, data extraction, and performance tracking processes to expand the team’s strategic capacity
  • Identifies and implements AI-powered tools and LLM-driven workflows to streamline analytics operations and improve data accuracy
  • Builds scalable and repeatable systems so the team spends less time pulling data and more time acting on predictive insights
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree. Four (4) years of relevant education and work experience may be substituted for degree
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in digital marketing analytics
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience with Google Analytics
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience with SEO tools, like Ahrefs
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience with Google Data Studio, Google Tag Manager, or similar
  • Expertise in Excel/Google Sheets

Preferred Requirements

  • Experience with HubSpot, or another CRM, as a centralized data and activation platform
  • Experience building dashboards and reporting for leadership-level stakeholders
  • Familiarity with programming languages for analytics use cases (Python, R) and/or comfort vibe coding solutions with AI tools
  • Understanding of SQL queries
  • Familiarity with running AB tests to optimize assets
