eDiscovery Senior Project Manager - West Coast & Remote - $135,000 to $165,000

Position: eDiscovery Senior Project Manager  

Location: West Coast, ideally California (PST time zone) but remote  

Salary: $135,000 – $165,000 annually + 12% bonus  

Work Authorization: U.S. citizens or permanent residents only (no visa sponsorship available)

About the Role of the eDiscovery Project Manager:  

​

We are representing a global consultancy looking for eDiscovery professionals to join their team.  

​

You will oversee complex discovery projects and work cross-functionally with legal and technical teams to deliver a range of disclosures. This role is focused on client management, as processing and production will be covered by other project managers; however, the ideal candidate would help with workflow creation and problem-solving.

Day-to-day of an eDiscovery Project Manager:  

​

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle  
• Deliver high-level technical work in Relativity, including workflow creation and workflow solutioning  
• Advise on discovery strategies, workflows, and data handling  
• Build and manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables  
• Collaborate with internal teams and ensure quality standards are met  
• Generate reports and project metrics to track progress

Requirements of this eDiscovery Project Manager role:  

​

• Over 4 years in an eDiscovery role  
• Strong client-facing communication and problem-solving skills  
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously  
• Comfortable leading teams and working cross-functionally  
• Deep working knowledge of Relativity
