Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist
Location: Chicago, IL (4 days a week onsite)
Role Type: Full-time
Salary: $90,000-$100,000
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead email strategy and execution in HubSpot, including automation, segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
- Manage and update content within the website CMS, optimize for SEO, fix errors (e.g., 404s), and support integrations.
- Support SEO, paid media, and broader digital campaigns, ensuring alignment across content, brand, and performance channels.
- Execute and manage multiple projects across a wide range of digital channels, delivering clear, end-to-end execution for short and long-term projects
- Working with multiple stakeholders & cross-functional teams simultaneously across IT, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and digital agency partners.
- Analyze and report on digital campaign performance, utilizing data to draw insights, refine strategies, and improve overall campaign ROI.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
- 5+ years of concentrated experience in digital marketing, with experience working across multiple channels
- Experience in Email Marketing managing large-scale campaigns
- Proficient in HubSpot, with practical knowledge in advanced features like audience segmentation and A/B testing.
- Proficient in CMS platforms such as Optimizely and data workflows between CMS, marketing automation and CRM platforms.
- Strong analytical skills to effectively analyze performance data and provide actionable insights for campaign management, digital platforms and ecommerce sites.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
