Location:

Fully Remote (U.S.-based; West Coast preferred)

About the Role:

We're seeking a Performance Support Specialist to join our HR Connect team and guide people managers and employees through sensitive performance, conduct, and attendance-related matters. You’ll play a critical role in helping drive fair, consistent, and compassionate employee experiences by managing cases end-to-end, providing sound recommendations, and contributing to continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide end-to-end support and coaching on performance, conduct, and attendance cases, including analysis, recommendations, and action planning.
  • Partner with senior team members or escalate complex cases to the employee relations team as appropriate.
  • Apply policy knowledge and case management playbooks to ensure consistency and compliance.
  • Influence outcomes that balance business needs with employee experience.
  • Triage and route HR inquiries and situations to the appropriate centers of excellence (COEs).
  • Build manager capability and contribute to individual development through case-based coaching.
  • Identify and support the resolution of worker welfare issues in collaboration with internal support teams.
  • Lead or contribute to team initiatives and operational improvement projects with clear outcomes.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in performance management, employee relations, or a relevant HR discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience providing end-to-end support and coaching on performance, conduct, and attendance cases, including analysis, recommendations, and action planning
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and build trust across all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to navigate sensitive issues while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
