1. About the Opportunity:

The Senior Revenue Operations Manager role is central to maintaining and evolving the sales systems architecture and CRM governance. This position drives operational rigor across the revenue funnel, supporting sales performance through scalable systems and data-driven insights. The role involves collaborating with various leadership teams to ensure effective revenue operations and to implement AI-enabled sales process improvements.

1. Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize Salesforce and related go-to-market systems
  • Lead CRM data quality and governance initiatives
  • Oversee account routing, lead governance, and territory management
  • Develop dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to improve operational alignment
  • Support sales leadership with funnel accountability and reporting
  • Identify and implement automation and AI-driven workflow enhancements

1. Requirements:

  • Over 5 years of experience in Revenue or Sales Operations within B2B SaaS
  • Expertise in Salesforce administration, including flows, automation, and reporting
  • Proven experience advising sales leadership
  • Ability to operate independently in fast-paced settings
  • Skilled in balancing strategic and tactical execution
  • Preferred experience with Gong, ZoomInfo, Chili Piper, CPQ platforms, and sales engagement tools
  • Advantageous experience with AI-enabled workflow and process automation

1. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

  • The starting base salary or base salary plus commission target is expected to be between $150,000 and $170,000 per year, depending on qualifications, experience, and location
  • Compensation may include restricted stock options
