Senior Product Manager
Role Overview
Lexamica is building multiplayer for legal: shared infrastructure that enables plaintiff firms to collaborate on cases, exchange referrals, track outcomes transparently, and work across networks of partners.
We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to work at the intersection of the Lexamica platform and the needs of sophisticated, high-volume firms. In this role, you will focus on the points where real customer complexity meets the product: how firms connect, how data maps into the platform, and how shared capabilities should evolve. Your job is to turn those pressures and opportunities into scalable platform capabilities that strengthen the experience for both large firms and the broader network.
You will work closely with the VP of Product, CTO, Engineering, Design, Integrations, and Customer Success. Because those problems often require changes to the core platform and shared product experience, you will also help shape important core product capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with high-volume firms to understand how cases move through their internal systems and operations
- Diagnose workflow problems and opportunities behind enterprise requests, and translate them into scalable platform behavior
- Identify repeatable patterns across firms and turn them into reusable product capabilities
- Lead cross-functional initiatives from discovery through execution, working closely with Engineering and Design to ship solutions that are simple, durable, and broadly useful
- Partner with the Integration team to shape product requirements for mapping, normalization, data exposure, and operational behavior where enterprise needs intersect with integrations
- Distinguish between configuration, workflow needs, and true platform capability gaps
- Define how normalized data should surface across the Lexamica platform, including scalable patterns for alerts, visibility, and operational insight
- Partner closely with Customer Success to understand real operational friction and ensure new capabilities support how firms actually work
- Present clearly and confidently to internal teams and external customers, including in situations that require real-time judgment and structured thinking
About You
You will likely be successful in this role if you:
- Thrive as a senior individual contributor - Bring deep product experience, strong judgment, and high ownership to a role that sits close to important customer and platform decisions. This is a strong fit for someone who loves building, wants real scope, and is excited to grow as the team scales.
- Have 6–10 years of product management experience, ideally in complex B2B SaaS, marketplace, platform, or integration-heavy environments
- Have owned a major product area or platform capability end-to-end, not just features
- Are an exceptional systems thinker who can turn complex operational processes into clear product decisions across workflows, integrations, and data structures
- Have strong product judgment about when to generalize and when to keep firm-specific logic outside the platform
- Are relatively technical and comfortable reasoning about APIs, integrations, system behavior, and underlying data
- Are highly execution-oriented and able to move from ambiguity to shipped capability
- Are AI-native in your own workflows, with exceptional ability to learn and leverage Claude Code, MCPs, and best-in-class tools to prototype, analyze, and accelerate execution
- Are a strong written and verbal communicator who presents clearly and stays composed in high-stakes conversations
What We Offer
- Remote-friendly, with preference for candidates in the NYC metro area who can work hybrid 2–3 days per week
- Competitive pay and equity. Target compensation for this role is $120,000–$160,000, depending on experience
- Flexible PTO and unlimited sick days
- 100% employer-paid health, dental, and vision coverage for employees, plus 75% employer coverage for dependents
Company Values
- Drive change through urgency
- Humble expertise
- Have open conflict
- Be first to communicate a problem
- Own your work
- Be curious and understand before acting
- Treat every referral like it’s a personal friend
