About the Role
Job Title: Product Manager II – Supply Chain Data (Parcel, Reverse Logistics, SC Planning)

- The Product Manager II focuses most of their time on execution, with an emphasis on influencing ways of working across product management within the Supply Chain Data domain.
- In addition, this role encompasses a higher-level proficiency when considering business operations and impact to the overall product strategy.
- The responsibilities of the product manager II will be identifying opportunities, delivering products/features, forming/communicating/tracking KPIs and metrics, and enlisting/enabling stakeholders.
Identify Opportunities:
- Utilize data to discover customer pain points and identify the right problems to solve.
- Prioritize the problems for best business outcomes.
- Identify patterns in the data and build phase, while also creating standardized research models that will be used by the business intelligence team.
- Setting and aligning other product teams to the long-term and short-term visions of the team.
Deliver Products / Features:
- Identify and mitigate dependencies across teams/stakeholder impacting releases or projects
- Collaboratively build the Data Story map & corresponding data stories/acceptance criteria for all projects that the team is working.
- Build the release plans and prioritization of feature releases. Identify and communicate risks associated when releasing features.
- Participate in sprint planning and iterative planning meetings for alignment of team against team goals.
- Builds the roadmap, collaboratively with all stakeholders, based on outcomes and effectively explaining the “why” of prioritizations. Communicates the roadmap strategy to relevant stakeholders.
Relationship Building:
- Independently builds strong relationships with business partners to understand the business needs and data and analytic challenges.
- Partners with key internal business partners, external business partners, and tech partners to communicate data validation issues.
- Display agility to Influence teammates and peers without formal authority
- Create a people-first culture where teammates thrive by conducting coaching conversations and delivery of effective feedback to teammates
Form & Track KPIs / Metrics:
- Gather data and conduct research to inform product trends. Measure the adoption, usage, and business impact of launches to prove the ROI of the work being completed
- Build product objectives and goals in collaboration with key stakeholders. Drive accountability from both internal teammates and other product teammates on completion of aligned tasks.
- Understand and implement a goal framework tool that will aid in setting up metrics and product outcomes.
Enlist & Enable Stakeholders (Strategy):
- Utilize evidence-based influencing skills to conduct stakeholder identification workshops and create stakeholder maps by product
- Creates, maintains, and communicates stakeholder touchpoints to maintain alignment amongst all affected parties. Conducts the stakeholder input sessions and translates stakeholder knowledge into inputs to prioritize against product vision.
Salary Range:
The salary for this position is between $160,000 – $170,000 USD annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
