Your New Role

As Senior HR Leader/HR Director, you will provide strategic and operational Human Resources leadership for a large manufacturing operation. Leading a team of HR professionals, you will partner closely with site leadership to develop organizational capability, improve processes, support workforce growth, and drive HR excellence across the facility.  

This is a highly visible role requiring a strong, influential leader who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution while operating in a fast-paced production environment.

What You Will Need to Succeed

• 10+ years of progressive Human Resources leadership experience  
• Strong manufacturing, industrial, automotive, aerospace, chemicals, food manufacturing or other production-based experience  
• Experience supporting large hourly employee populations  
• Proven leadership of HR Business Partners, Generalists and broader HR teams  
• Strong employee relations and organizational development expertise  
• Experience operating in high-growth or transformational environments  
• Ability to influence and partner with senior operations leadership  
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or HR certification preferred
