As we continue to scale toward becoming one of the largest premium nutrition brands in North America, we're looking for a Senior Director of Business Operations to help lead the next phase of operational growth.
The Role
This is a senior leadership role responsible for building and scaling the operational backbone of Levels.
You will oversee cross-functional operations spanning manufacturing, supply planning, inventory management, logistics, co-manufacturing relationships, purchasing, operational processes, and continuous improvement.
You'll partner closely with Supply Chain, Finance, Product Development, Sales, Quality, Customer Experience, and Executive Leadership to ensure the business continues to scale efficiently while maintaining world-class customer service and product quality.
We're looking for an experienced operator who has successfully scaled operations inside a high-growth consumer packaged goods company.
What You'll Do
- Lead day-to-day operational execution across the business
- Develop scalable operational processes that support continued rapid growth
- Improve operational efficiency, service levels, inventory health, and working capital
- Partner with Supply Chain leadership on production planning, purchasing, and inventory strategy
- Build and improve operational KPIs, reporting, and business dashboards
- Drive cross-functional alignment between Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, Product Development, Finance, and Customer Experience
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives across systems, processes, and workflows
- Support new product launches and commercialization efforts
- Build and develop high-performing operations teams
- Manage operational risk and develop contingency plans across manufacturing and supply networks
- Drive operational readiness for continued retail expansion and ecommerce growth
- Support executive leadership in annual planning, forecasting, and strategic initiatives

What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of progressive operations leadership experience
- Minimum of 8 years of experience within Food & Beverage CPG, Sports Nutrition, Dietary Supplements, Functional Foods, or Functional Beverages
- At least 5 years leading operations in a high-growth CPG environment with responsibility for multiple operational functions
- Demonstrated experience scaling consumer brands through periods of rapid growth
- Deep understanding of manufacturing, co-manufacturing, production planning, inventory management, procurement, logistics, demand planning, and operational excellence
- Experience building and leading high-performing cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical, financial, and operational decision-making skills
- Exceptional communication and executive leadership presence
- Proven ability to solve complex operational challenges while building scalable systems and processes
- Hands-on operator with a bias toward action
Required Experience
Candidates must have significant operational leadership experience in one or more of the following industries:
- Food & Beverage CPG (strongly preferred)
- Sports Nutrition
- Dietary Supplements
- Functional Foods
- Functional Beverages
Candidates should have spent the majority of their career operating within these industries.
Experience outside consumer packaged goods alone will not be considered.
Ideal candidates will have experience supporting brands distributed through a combination of DTC, Amazon, national retail, wholesale, and contract manufacturing networks.
