We're helping our client, a community bank in Orange County, fill a new Head of Operayions role, reporting directly to the CEO. The role will oversee, directly and indirectly, over 20 staff, and supervise all areas of core banking operations, including treasury management, account management, the back office and central processing. Above all, the candidate must have a strong track record of people management in commercial banking.

Candidates must have:

• A strong track record of leadership in commercial banking operations.
• Strong understanding of commercial banking compliance/regs, as well as deposit and treasury management operations.
• Executive polish/charisma/ability to maintain relationships with all the major decision makers at the bank.
• The ability to work in the corporate office five days a week.
