Job Summary (List Format) – Product Manager / Product Owner – Data & Analytics (GenAI & Machine Learning)

•  Serve as the primary liaison between business and technical teams for GenAI and ML initiatives in manufacturing, packaging, and supply chain.
•  Develop, manage, and align product roadmaps with business objectives and technical capabilities.
•  Support solution development, technical discussions, and strategic decision-making processes.
•  Navigate and manage complex stakeholder relationships, ensuring delivery of business value.
•  Operate independently while collaborating with leadership to ensure timely and in-scope project delivery.
•  Apply a consultative, strategic mindset to guide initiatives from concept to delivery with minimal oversight.
•  Utilize experience in Pharma, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain environments.
•  Leverage strong technical foundation to understand, challenge, and support technical decisions.
•  Work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders at all organizational levels.
•  Employ proficiency in Python, Databricks, GenAI frameworks, model design, data management, and systems integration.
•  Oversee monitoring and maintenance of ML systems, ensuring operational excellence.
•  Demonstrate exceptional communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
•  Balance technical depth with business value, acting as a self-starter with a proactive approach.
