Description

The Operations Manager will serve as the most senior operational leader within the United States facility. This role offers the opportunity to build and shape a new operation while driving performance, quality and customer satisfaction.

• Lead the launch and day-to-day management of a new fulfillment and warehouse operation.
• Recruit, train, develop and manage an operations team, initially growing a team of 5-6 employees with the ability to scale significantly during peak trading periods.
• Oversee inventory management, stock accuracy and operational processes to ensure efficient order fulfillment.
• Develop workforce planning strategies to support seasonal demand fluctuations and peak trading periods.
• Drive productivity, quality, safety and continuous improvement initiatives across the operation.
• Monitor key performance metrics and utilize operational data to improve service levels and efficiency.
• Partner with international stakeholders to successfully implement established operational processes, systems and best practices.

Profile

For the Operations Manager we are seeking:

• Proven experience leading warehouse, fulfillment, production or distribution operations.
• Strong people leadership skills with experience building, training and managing teams.
• Ability to scale operations and manage labor planning during high-volume periods.
• Experience within e-commerce, fulfillment, print-on-demand, manufacturing, framing, retail distribution or similar environments is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated inventory management and operational process improvement experience.
• Comfortable working within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial and high-growth business environment.
• Strong organizational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Exposure to warehouse management systems, operational software and performance reporting tools.

Job Offer
