Operations Manager (Clearing) – Global Hedge Fund - Up to $600k TC

Job Description:

A leading global hedge fund is looking to hire an experienced Operations Manager to lead equity and fixed income clearing within their post-trade function (based in New York). This role has ownership of daily clearing operations across the full trade lifecycle, from trade capture through settlement, with responsibility across multiple asset classes.

This is a high-visibility position working closely with trading and financing desks, counterparties, exchanges, prime brokers, and custodians. You’ll oversee key post-trade controls, support new trading strategies and business initiatives, and drive process improvement and change management across existing and new trade flows, while managing and developing a high-performing team.
