The Role
A Global B2B Marketing and Lead Generation agency are seeking a Marketing Communication Account Manager as one of the first hires in the states! Starting off fully remote, you will be part of their initial team until they secure an office / work space when the team gets big enough! A real unique opportunity to make a name for yourself and grow with open opportunities as the team grows.
you’ll serve as a primary point of contact for their clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded. This role involves managing client relationships, developing account and campaign plans, and delivering Event marketing solutions that meet the scope of work, and exceed the client’s expectations! As an Account Manager you’ll work closely with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of B2B marketing campaigns and strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management & Events
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as the day-to-day point of contact.
Lead regular client meetings and calls to review timelines, progress, performance, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for further campaign opportunities.
Address client needs and concerns promptly, ensuring satisfaction and fostering trust.
Understand client businesses, industries, and objectives to provide input into campaigns and guidance.
Address client concerns and resolve any issues that arise, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
Prepare and present regular reports on account status, campaign performance, and key metrics to clients and internal stakeholders.
Work closely with the Client Lead and Strategy Director to develop tailored marketing and business development strategies, and deliverables for your client accounts.
Oversee the execution of marketing and business development activities and campaigns, ensuring alignment with client goals and measurable results.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to provide clients with innovative solutions.
Prepare presentations, decks and reports for meetings and presentations with clients.
Coordinate teams internally working on your accounts, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Request internal resource effectively on your accounts to ensure seamless service delivery
Qualifications
A degree in Marketing, Business, Events or a related field is preferred.
Up to 2 years of experience in account management, preferably within a B2B marketing agency.
Events
Occasional travel may be required for client meetings and events.

Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM software, and other relevant technologies.
