Role Description
Full-time remote/hybrid role based in Greater Houston. The Head of Operations will own day-to-day company operations, ensuring efficiency and alignment with strategic goals. Responsibilities include managing operational processes, optimizing resources, allocating budgets, leading cross-functional teams, and driving organizational performance while fostering a collaborative culture.
Compensation
$100,000–$120,000 USD base, commensurate with experience.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in operations management, including workflow optimization and resource management
- Strong analytical skills for identifying trends, solving complex problems, and driving data-informed decisions
- Experience in team management with a focus on leadership, staff development, and collaboration
- Excellent communication skills across teams, partners, and clients
- Budgeting expertise covering financial planning, resource allocation, and cost management
- Proven track record of strategic thinking and process improvement
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Operations, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
