Role Description

Full-time remote/hybrid role based in Greater Houston. The Head of Operations will own day-to-day company operations, ensuring efficiency and alignment with strategic goals. Responsibilities include managing operational processes, optimizing resources, allocating budgets, leading cross-functional teams, and driving organizational performance while fostering a collaborative culture.

Compensation

$100,000–$120,000 USD base, commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in operations management, including workflow optimization and resource management
• Strong analytical skills for identifying trends, solving complex problems, and driving data-informed decisions
• Experience in team management with a focus on leadership, staff development, and collaboration
• Excellent communication skills across teams, partners, and clients
• Budgeting expertise covering financial planning, resource allocation, and cost management
• Proven track record of strategic thinking and process improvement
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Operations, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
