VP Operations

Responsibilities

• Hold full P&L accountability across Operations, Quality, HR, EHS, and other matrixed functions
• Partner with leadership to develop best practices and drive consistent implementation enterprise‑wide
• Set clear performance metrics, ensure targets are met or exceeded, and promote continuous improvement.
• Build and optimize a high‑performing leadership team aligned to business results
• Recruit, coach, and motivate talent to maintain strong performance and capability development
• Establish and track KPIs, drive corrective actions when needed, and maintain strong communication with executive and operational leaders to ensure alignment on goals

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 7–10+ years of extensive multi‑plant leadership experience in heavy manufacturing environments producing engineered‑to‑order (ETO) products
• Proven success operating in fast‑paced, high‑variability production settings with frequent schedule changes; able to maintain performance, alignment, and delivery under constant operational shifts
• 5–7 years of P&L responsibility and strong operational/technical capability
• Proven ability to drive organizational change, streamline operations, and maintain strategic focus
