Role: Head of Operations (Integrator)
This is not a standard operations role — it is a foundational systems-building position.
You will own all non-technical operations at Qualiphy and build the processes, structure, and team that enable the company to scale safely and predictably. Working directly with the founder, you will translate high-speed vision into clear, repeatable systems and ensure flawless execution across clinical, support, pharmacy, and internal workflows.
The ideal candidate is execution-obsessed, systems-oriented, steady under pressure, and comfortable in ambiguity. You’ve built operational infrastructure in fast-moving, regulated environments — and you thrive in it.
What You Will Own1. Company Operations
- Build and manage day-to-day operations across clinical routing, support, pharmacy workflows, and exam logic.
- Create, refine, and enforce SOPs for every core function.
- Standardize operations across 48 states and multiple clinical verticals.
- Ensure all repeatable tasks become documented and systemized.
- Organizational Structure & Leadership
- Define roles, accountability charts, and reporting structures.
- Lead support teams, coordinators, and cross-functional operators.
- Run weekly operating cadence (priorities, KPIs, system reviews).
- Build the operational layer between founder → frontline teams.
- Quality, Compliance & Provider Operations
- Own chart review workflows, clinical QA, and safety protocols.
- Ensure full compliance with state-by-state telehealth regulations.
- Build provider onboarding, training, and performance systems.
- Maintain governance across protocols, exam logic, and medical direction.
- Master Knowledge & Protocol Management
- Build and maintain Qualiphy’s internal source-of-truth for:
- protocols
- SOPs
- workflows
- compliance rules
- provider instructions
- training materials
- Convert founder-level vision into clear documentation and scalable systems.
- Project Execution & Scaling
- Lead cross-functional initiatives from kickoff to completion.
- Translate operational needs into actionable technical requirements.
- Build the systems backbone for new verticals, product initiatives, and national expansion.
What You’ve Done
You likely have:
- 5–12 years of experience in high-speed startup operations (healthcare, telehealth, marketplace, logistics, or regulated SaaS strongly preferred).
- Built processes from zero — not just improved existing ones.
- Managed teams through rapid growth and operational complexity.
- Worked with compliance workflows or in environments where precision matters.
- Served as the “Integrator” who turns chaos into clarity.
- Understanding of healthcare operations or telehealth compliance (preferred but not required).
