Head of Business Operations
Job Description:
For our client, we are seeking a Head Of Business Operations to join the team of a leader in the Consumer Technology space. This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a technology-driven environment.
Location:
Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation:
$120,000 – $180,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Build and operate the company's operational model including forecasting and planning
- Partner with leadership to translate company priorities into measurable operating plans
- Drive operational rigor with clear metrics, processes, and reporting
- Architect the long-term operational systems strategy to scale finance, people, and recruiting infrastructure
- Establish operational standards and system architecture to prevent technical and operational debt
- Design vendor management frameworks and oversee partner relationships
- Identify structural operational gaps and lead improvement initiatives across the business
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Business Operations, BizOps, or Startup Operations
- Experience at a high-growth SaaS company (Series B-D preferred)
- Proven track record of building systems and processes from scratch
- Experience with implementing finance, HR, or operational systems
- Familiarity with SaaS business metrics and operating models
- Exceptional problem-solving and operational thinking
- Strong cross-functional communication and execution discipline
