Pay

Base Salary: $130,000 – $180,000 per year (commensurate with experience).  

Bonus: Performance-based annual incentive plan tied to operational KPIs and company metrics.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead all operations company-wide, driving daily execution, organizational structure, and cross-functional performance to support business expansion.
• Partner directly with the CEO to align operational capabilities and production capacity with overall corporate goals and customer SLA commitments.
• Oversee end-to-end inventory operations, including high-density staging, stock accuracy, serialized tracking, consignment management, and parts control.
• Maintain strict inventory integrity across physical storage, consigned assets, customer-owned hardware, and high-security cage operations.
• Lead total supply chain operations, including procurement, freight coordination, white-glove transport, and 3PL partner relationships for domestic and international shipments.
• Manage all production line workflows, including assembly, technical diagnostics, testing, refurbishing, and recycling operations ensuring maximum daily throughput and quality standards.
• Direct operations, operating standards, and safety compliance for warehouse machines, assembly tools, heavy material handling equipment, and specialized recycling lines.
• Implement continuous improvement methodologies (Lean/5S) across all production lines to streamline cycle times, eliminate bottlenecks, and minimize scrap/waste.
• Manage total facility operations across primary manufacturing, production line floor, warehouse, and technical service spaces.
• Oversee site infrastructure, preventive machinery maintenance, vendor contracts, physical security protocols, and secure cage operations.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure productivity, inventory accuracy, production line throughput, quality assurance, safety, and supply chain efficiency across all teams.
• Directly manage, mentor, and scale production line leads, warehouse staff, logistics coordinators, inventory specialists, and service technicians.
• Conduct regular operational reviews using KPI data to eliminate friction, optimize labor allocation, and drive continuous organizational growth.

Qualifications & Key Requirements

• Experience: 8+ years of progressive operations leadership experience, with at least 3+ years at a Senior Manager, Director, or VP level leading all operations (inventory, production lines, supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, facilities).
• Production & Inventory Mastery: Deep expertise in high-volume inventory management, consignment tracking, assembly line workflow design, warehouse machinery operations, recycling lines, and secure physical cage environments.
• Metrics-Driven: Strong track record in establishing and driving business-critical KPIs across productivity, QA, workplace safety, production line output, and supply chain efficiency.
• Leadership: Demonstrated capability to build, lead, and scale multi-disciplinary operations teams.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent executive leadership experience).
• Work Requirement: 100% On-site presence at the Las Vegas headquarters.
