Role Overview
This is a high-impact, highly visible role that sits at the intersection of digital strategy, data analytics, and revenue growth. Reporting to the Director of Marketing and working in close partnership with the President, the Digital Marketing Specialist will own the company's full-funnel digital performance, from website optimization and lead generation to CRM instrumentation and conversion strategy.

Key Responsibilities
- Own full-funnel digital performance across the customer journey, including website, lead gen, MQL/SQL conversion, and pipeline contribution
- Optimize the website as the primary lead generation channel; analyze user behavior and implement data-driven improvements
- Build and maintain CRM instrumentation, campaign tracking, and marketing automation workflows
- Develop KPI dashboards and reporting frameworks to provide clear visibility into marketing-sourced pipeline and revenue impact
- Drive digital monetization strategy for rental and service offerings, including conversion optimization and self-service capabilities
- Build and manage an A/B testing roadmap across digital properties to reduce funnel drop-offs and improve conversion rates
- Define and align MQL/SQL qualification criteria in partnership with sales leadership
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, IT, Operations, and Finance to align digital initiatives with broader revenue goals
- Identify and evaluate opportunities for subscription or recurring revenue models
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing, eCommerce, or digital business environments
- Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience using behavioral analytics, attribution modeling, and CRM platforms
- Demonstrated ability to drive measurable revenue growth through digital strategy and optimization
- Experience with marketing automation, lead scoring, and campaign tracking infrastructure
- Familiarity with enterprise commerce platforms, CRM systems, and digital engagement tools
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable operating with autonomy in a fast-moving environment
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related field preferred; advanced degree a plus
- Must be located within commuting distance of Chalfont, PA (on-site, 5 days/week)
Compensation
- Base Salary: $100,000 – $120,000, commensurate with experience
- Bonus: Performance-based bonus potential
