What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  •  Partner with leadership to translate strategic goals into actionable operational workflows  
  •  Manage the complete lifecycle of internal operational projects from discovery to implementation  
  •  Design scalable coverage models to align team resources with customer needs  
  •  Oversee the evolution of post-sales infrastructure to support a growing organization  
  •  Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks to maximize team productivity and efficiency

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  •  Experience collaborating with leadership to design playbooks and actionable plans  
  •  Deep understanding of customer success metrics, including gross and net retention  
  •  Self-sufficient and comfortable driving results with minimal direction  
  •  Strong proficiency in Excel  
  •  Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required
