Job Description:

We’re hiring a Customer Service Lead to oversee our field service technicians and parts sales team. This role is key to driving customer satisfaction, service excellence, and aftermarket growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead & develop a multi-state team of field techs and parts sales (14 total)
  • Ensure top-tier customer experience and resolve escalations
  • Drive parts sales, retrofits, and rebuild initiatives
  • Build strong customer relationships (existing + new)
  • Implement service processes, KPIs, and continuous improvements
  • Partner cross-functionally and report on performance & customer satisfaction

What We’re Looking For

  • Customer Service or Customer Support leadership experience
  • Strong background in field service + mechanical/electrical environments
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Financial acumen (costing & estimating)
  • Experience with CRM/ERP systems

Nice to Have

  • Experience in forest products or biomass industry
  • Degree in Business, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Vancouver, WA.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $115000.00/yr.

Vacation: 3 weeks  

Sick Time: 5 days
