Job Description:

The Contingent Workforce Specialist is a key role within the Talent Acquisition/HR organization. The Contingent Workforce Specialist will focus on supporting day to day operations of the program, including onboarding, offboarding, and extensions. Support the end-to-end contingent worker lifecycle. You will act as a liaison for hiring manager inquiries related to contingent workers, and provide guidance on policies and guidelines. Drive operational excellence for users of the contingent workforce program. Monitor processes for data accuracy and facilitate process adoption across the business. Ensure compliance requirements are being met. Maintain data accuracy and integrity. Collaborate and build relationships with team members across various organizational functions. Perform other tasks as assigned to support the contingent workforce program.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 5 years experience with previous Contingent Workforce program experience and/or MSP (Managed Service Provider) experience.
  • Previous Contingent Workforce program experience and/or MSP (Managed Service Provider) experience.
  • Excellent customer service and the ability to work with high level executives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Skilled in identifying and addressing challenges.
  • Excellent troubleshooting capabilities.
  • Advanced data analysis skills.
  • Strong systems navigational skills.

Required Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Desired Skills:

  • Experience with VMS platforms
  • Process improvement experience
  • HR Operations experience is a plus
  • Workday experience is a plus

Compensation:

$35 to $38/hour

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
