Hippo AI is building an advanced AI platform for businesses, and we are expanding our founding team.  

We currently have two technology co-founders leading the platform, product, and engineering. We are looking to add co-founders in two key areas:

AI Research Co-Founder

We are looking for a Research Scientist, preferably with a PhD in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field. The ideal person will bring deep expertise in Agentic AI, Generative AI, machine learning, model development, and applied AI research.

Business Development Co-Founder

We are looking for an experienced business leader who can help build the go-to-market strategy, develop strategic relationships, acquire clients, establish partnerships, and help scale the business.

These are equity-based co-founder opportunities, not salaried positions. We are looking for people who want to build the company with us, shape its direction, and create meaningful long-term value.
