Key Responsibilities May Include:

• Developing and executing a comprehensive corporate strategy that defines the organization's long-term vision, goals, and strategic priorities.
• Conducting market analysis, competitive intelligence, and trend forecasting to identify new opportunities and potential threats.
• Advising the C-suite and board of directors on strategic choices, investment priorities, and resource allocation.
• Leading and facilitating the strategic planning process, translating high-level vision into actionable initiatives and roadmaps.
• Identifying and evaluating strategic partnerships, M&A opportunities, and new business ventures.
• Driving organizational alignment around strategic objectives, ensuring all departments contribute to the overarching vision.
• Developing and tracking key strategic performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress and adapt plans as needed.
• Facilitating strategic decision-making in complex and ambiguous environments.
• Acting as an executive thought partner to founders or CEOs on all aspects of business growth, market positioning, and future-proofing the organization.

Key Requirements May Include:

• Proven experience in a senior strategy leadership, corporate development, management consulting, or executive role with a strong strategic focus.
• Track record of successfully developing and implementing enterprise-wide strategies that resulted in significant business growth or transformation.
• Deep expertise in strategic planning methodologies, market analysis, financial modeling, and business case development.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and influence skills, comfortable engaging with C-suite, boards, and diverse stakeholders.
• Visionary thinker with a pragmatic, results-oriented, and highly adaptable mindset.
• Prior experience as a fractional, interim, or consulting executive is a strong plus.
