Job Description:

At Remote Leverage, we help businesses scale efficiently by providing top-tier remote talent through strategic outsourcing and recruitment solutions. As a rapidly growing company in the HR and outsourcing industry, we are looking for a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead our operations, ensure workflow optimization, and drive overall business performance. Compensation: $9000-$12000 USD Per Month!

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage day-to-day business operations, ensuring seamless collaboration between departments (Recruitment, Sales, Marketing, Finance, etc.)

• Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of workflow automations and processes designed to enhance business efficiency and client experience

• Establish and hold departments accountable for key performance metrics, ensuring high levels of performance and client satisfaction across all operations

• Drive operational initiatives that maximize revenue, improve profitability, and support the growth of Remote Leverage

• Build and maintain high-performing teams by providing strategic direction, mentorship, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement

• Work closely with the leadership team to ensure alignment between business goals and operational execution, ensuring that each department meets performance expectations

• Prioritize client needs and experience, developing processes that maintain and enhance client satisfaction, loyalty, and retention

• Use data analytics and performance metrics to inform operational decisions, refine workflows, and optimize business practices

Preferred Skills & Tools:

• Strong business acumen with a strategic mindset

• Proven leadership skills in managing cross-functional teams

• Expertise in developing and optimizing workflows and processes

• Experience in remote team leadership and adapting business strategies

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of senior-level experience in operations management, with significant exposure to the recruitment and outsourcing industries (ideally including HR tech or staffing)

• Experience managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment

• A track record of successfully developing and implementing optimized workflows and processes

• Strong ability to set clear objectives and hold teams accountable for performance

• Fluent English, both verbal and written

• Stable internet connection, laptop, and headset

• Energetic & upbeat

• Team Player

• Willing to listen to feedback & improve
