Head of Agency Operations (Integrator)

Job Description:

Lucyd is hiring a Head of Operations to work directly with the CEO to ensure the company runs smoothly, moves quickly, and executes its priorities.

This role is responsible for operational execution, leadership accountability, and ensuring challenges are resolved by the team (or resolving themselves if escalated).

The Head of Operations ensures the engine of the company runs efficiently and at high speed.

This role requires someone who is:

This role reports directly to the CEO and collaborates closely with the management team.

Advertising Agency experience is a requirement.
