Job Description:

We’re seeking a dynamic Chief of Staff, strategic operations leader, to join as a founding team member and build our company from the ground up. This is a rare opportunity to shape the future of workplace financial wellness while building scalable operations that will impact thousands of employees across multiple enterprises.

Responsibilities

Operations & Strategy

  • Design and build operational infrastructure from scratch for B2B2C financial wellness platform
  • Develop scalable processes for onboarding enterprise clients and their employee bases
  • Create operational frameworks that can grow from startup to scale-up phases
  • Build and manage vendor relationships, partnerships, and service delivery models

Product & Technology Oversight

  • Collaborate closely with technical teams to define product roadmap and feature prioritization
  • Oversee product development cycles with deep understanding of user experience for both enterprise buyers and end consumers

Enterprise Sales & Client Success

  • Build B2B2C sales processes and enterprise client management systems
  • Develop client onboarding, implementation, and success frameworks
  • Create scalable customer support operations for both enterprise clients and their employees
  • Establish metrics and KPIs for client satisfaction and platform adoption

Qualifications

Experience & Background

  • 5-10 years of progressive experience in fintech, financial services, or financial wellness
  • Previous experience in B2B2C business models, preferably in employee benefits or enterprise software
  • Proven track record in product management with consumer-facing financial products
  • Experience building operations from early stage (pre-seed to Series A preferred)

Technical & Domain Expertise

  • Deep understanding of financial wellness landscape (budgeting, debt management, investment guidance, retirement planning)
  • Knowledge of enterprise sales cycles and client implementation processes
  • Familiarity with financial services compliance and regulatory requirements
  • Experience with technology platform development and scaling

Leadership & Skills

  • Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort in ambiguous, fast-moving environments

Ideal Background

  • Previous experience at fintech companies focused on financial wellness, employee benefits, or wealth management
  • Financial consultant or financial advisor role
  • Product management experience with B2B2C platforms
  • Operations leadership in high-growth startup environments
  • CFP or relevant certification (preferred)
