Chief of Staff to CEO / Founder's Associate
Job Description:
I am looking for the person who will be a Founder/CEO in 5 years. But first, I want you to help me build Cyvl.
Cyvl is growing 4x this year. We are hitting our stride in the market (Series A -> B), but to unlock the next $100M, I need a force multiplier.
I am hiring a Chief of Staff / Founder’s Associate.
This is not an administrative role. This is a seat in the cockpit.
My time needs to be spent on two things:
-- Closing Enterprise Deals and Partnerships (The "Now")
-- Building our $100M Product Strategy (The "Next")
I need someone who can take a 30-minute brain dump and turn it into a strategy deck, a client proposal, or a new internal process by the next morning.

➡️ Is comfortable using AI to automate yourself out of busy work
➡️ Has thick skin and extremely high ambition
You will report directly to me and work across the entire executive team. This is the highest-leverage role in the company for someone early in their career.
