Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for the Chief of Staff, located in Chicago, IL. While some work from home is acceptable, the Chief of Staff will also be responsible for organizing and coordinating administration and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency, and safety. Key responsibilities include assisting in managing day-to-day operations, providing strategic counsel, coordinating communication, and facilitating project management, all while collaborating with various departments to align efforts with the company’s objectives.

Qualifications

• 1.5+ years investment banking, consulting, private equity, sales, or venture capital experience
• Strong organizational, operational, and project management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in strategic planning and execution
• Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and work collaboratively
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Experience in a consulting or coaching firm is a plus

Salary

• $80,000 salary plus minority equity stake vested over 5 years
