Business Support Manager

Responsibilities

• Creates business presentations on strategy, planning initiatives and other materials.
• Tracks and supports weekly and monthly routines, inclusive of tracking management of team deliverables.
• Communicates and interacts with team members across various lines of business.
• Serves as a knowledgeable resource and point person who can help efficiently facilitate the day-to-day operations of the team.
• Performs comprehensive competitor and financial industry benchmark research.
• Assists with a variety of ad hoc assignments, typically with time constraints.

Required qualifications

​

• 3-5 years of experience in business support, project coordination, business analytics, or a related field.
• Proven experience creating executive-level presentations and management reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience interpreting data and identifying trends.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple initiatives and manage competing priorities.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Desired qualifications

• Experience supporting senior executives and leadership teams.
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or other data visualization tools.
• Experience conducting industry research, benchmarking, and strategic analysis.
• Knowledge of process improvement and business optimization methodologies.
