👨‍💻 Key Responsibilities

• Finance & Accounting: Lead monthly closes, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. Oversee invoicing, collections, and contractor payments.
• Board & Investor Support: Coordinate meetings, prepare materials, manage communications, and assist with updates and reports.
• Operations: Handle contracts, legal correspondence, and state/federal mail.
• HR & People Ops: Manage payroll, benefits, HR systems, onboarding/offboarding, and plan team events.
• Admin Support: Serve as right-hand to the CEO, manage calendars, streamline workflows, and lead general operations.

👩‍🎓Requirements

• 5+ years in operations, finance, or HR (startup or fast-paced preferred)
• Strong Excel, financial modeling, and project management skills
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable
• Background in accounting preferred  

Nice-to-Haves

• Payroll and HR platform experience
• Healthcare or tech industry exposure
• Leadership team support in a startup
