Business Operations Manager
Job Description:
Our client is a growing service company providing residential and commercial services throughout Central Texas. The team includes both office staff and a large field workforce supporting daily operations.
This is a new Business Operations Manager role to help improve processes, strengthen communication between departments, and support continued growth.
Position Overview
The Business Operations Manager will work closely with company leadership to improve day-to-day operations, implement efficient processes, and help teams stay organized and aligned.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building structure, improving workflows, and bringing teams together.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and improve operational processes and workflows.
- Implement systems that increase efficiency, accountability and team coordination.
- Provide operational leadership during high-demand periods and help teams stay organized and focused.
- Support alignment between office staff and field teams.
- Help leadership track key operational and business metrics.
- Assist with operational financial reporting and basic finance-related questions.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve productivity
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in operations, business management, or similar roles.
- Demonstrated leadership and team coordination skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience improving processes and implementing systems.
- Financial literacy and comfort reviewing business reports or metrics.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both office staff and field teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field required
