Key Responsibilities
Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough research and analysis of the IT services market to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitive landscapes.
Lead Generation and Prospecting: Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital marketing strategies to expand the client base.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their business needs, challenges, and objectives to offer tailored IT solutions and services.
Proposal Development: Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized proposals and presentations that effectively communicate the company’s value proposition, capabilities, and solutions to prospective clients.
Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic sales plans and tactics to achieve sales targets and objectives, including identifying target markets, segments, and key accounts.
Negotiation and Closing Deals: Conduct negotiations with clients to secure contracts, agreements, and partnerships, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions for both parties.
Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline effectively, tracking leads, opportunities, and activities using CRM tools to prioritize and follow up on prospects in a timely manner.
Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams: Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, pre-sales, and delivery, to align strategies, share insights, and coordinate efforts to win new business.
Qualifications: MBA Preferred
