Overview

Accelerate growth for Intuit’s Workforce business by architecting the strategy behind our sales motions. This is a high-impact, strategy and modeling focused role designed for a strategic thinker who loves building from scratch. You won't just be managing existing processes; you will be recommending where we invest our resources next, designing KPIs to measure success, building the models for new motions, and designing the blueprint for how we attach services like HCM to the QuickBooks ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Investment Strategy: Build sophisticated financial and operational models to determine where to allocate capital, headcount, and marketing spend for maximum ROI.
  • New Motion Design: Design and pilot new sales motions—specifically exploring "Attach" strategies (e.g., leading with HCM/Payroll to pull through QuickBooks).
  • Strategic Blueprinting: Leverage learnings from other Intuit business units to create a "best-in-class" growth playbook for the Workforce segment. Lead planning cycles to ensure we have actionable monthly, quarterly and annual plans
  • Market Opportunity Analysis: Partner with senior leadership to identify untapped segments and quantify the potential of new GTM experiments.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as a strategic consultant to the business, aligning Product, Marketing, and Sales on long-term growth objectives.
  • Quota Management: Establish and operationalize ambitious new quotas that drive sales performance and enables the company to achieve forecast

Qualifications

  • 5-10+ years in Management Consulting, Corporate Strategy, or a high-level Strategic Planning role within a Tech/SaaS company.
  • Master Modeler: Exceptional financial modeling skills with the ability to turn complex variables into clear investment recommendations.
  • Zero-to-One Mindset: Proven experience building new processes or business units from the ground up.
  • Strategic Storyteller: Ability to present complex data to executives and influence high-stakes investment decisions.
  • Background: Experience at a large tech firm or top-tier consultancy is preferred; tech-outside-of-consulting is a plus.
