Job Description:

For our client, we are seeking a VP Strategy And Operations - the company to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a healthcare environment.

Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation:

$200,000 – $250,000 annually

Responsibilities

•  Define and execute the company’s long-term strategic vision
•  Lead annual strategic planning processes for actionable outcomes
•  Monitor emerging healthcare trends and growth opportunities
•  Oversee integration initiatives across the company businesses
•  Establish execution management to achieve strategic results

Qualifications

•  15+ years in healthcare strategy, operations, or consulting
•  Expertise in enterprise-wide operating model design
•  Strong grasp of value-based care and population health
•  Proven capability to influence leaders in large organizations
•  Exceptional executive presence and strategic thinking skills
