Vice President of Sales – AI Security Startup
Location: East Coast or Central US (Remote)
Compensation: Up to $550,000 OTE + Substantial Stock
The Opportunity
StealthWatch is working exclusively with a high-growth AI Security startup that is redefining how enterprises protect themselves in an increasingly autonomous world. Backed by strong funding and led by an experienced founding team, this organization is entering a critical scale phase and is seeking a Vice President of Sales to lead from the front.
The Role
As VP of Sales, you will take ownership of revenue strategy and execution, leading a small but high-performing team while remaining hands-on in key enterprise deals. This is a pivotal leadership role with direct influence over go-to-market direction, sales structure, and long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and scale a team of enterprise sales professionals
- Own and deliver against revenue targets and growth objectives
- Develop and execute a repeatable, scalable sales strategy
- Personally engage in and close strategic, high-value deals
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership to refine positioning and messaging
- Build pipeline through both direct efforts and team enablement
- Establish metrics, reporting, and forecasting discipline
What We’re Looking For
- Proven track record of success in a VP Sales or senior sales leadership role within cybersecurity or AI-driven technology
- Experience in early-stage or high-growth startup environments
- Strong ability to both lead a team and contribute individually (“player-coach”)
- Demonstrated success closing enterprise-level deals
- Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Requirements
- Must be based in the East Coast or Central United States
- Willingness to travel as required for clients and team engagement
