VP of Delivery Services

We’re Hiring: VP of Delivery Services | Remote | U.S.

Compensation: $300K–$500K Total Compensation (DOE)

​

We’re looking for a seasoned technology services executive to lead the end-to-end delivery of a complex portfolio spanning Network, Security, Microsoft, AI/GPU, Managed Services, Unified Communications, Wireless, SD-WAN, Cabling, and Break/Fix.

This is a high-impact executive role with responsibility for P&L ownership, operational excellence, delivery strategy, customer experience, workforce optimization, and scalable growth.

What we’re looking for:

• 15+ years of technology infrastructure/services leadership, including 7+ years at the executive level  

• Direct P&L leadership within a $100M+ services organization; experience with $500M+ portfolios strongly preferred  

• Experience leading 1,000+ technical practitioners across employees, partners, contractors, and global delivery teams  

• Deep infrastructure & data center expertise across multiple technology domains  

• Proven success improving utilization, margins, delivery quality, CSAT, and operational predictability  

• Experience serving Fortune 500 or similarly complex enterprise customers  

• Strong executive presence, financial acumen, and strategic leadership skills  

• Working knowledge of AI, automation, AIOps, and intelligent delivery operations  

• Must be U.S.-based

Preferred:

Experience with leading technology solutions providers, systems integrators, or managed services organizations; relevant certifications and/or MBA are a plus.

💰 Total Compensation: $300K–$500K annual compensation, depending on experience
