Role Description

​

This is a full-time remote position for the Vice President of Operations at Aspire Systems N.V. The role involves overseeing day-to-day operational activities, managing budgets, ensuring operational efficiency, and aligning company operations with strategic initiatives. The Vice President of Operations will also be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing processes to enhance productivity, overseeing project execution, and fostering a customer-focused operational environment.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Operations Management and P&L (Profit and Loss) Management
• Strong skills in Strategic Planning and Project Management
• Exceptional focus on Customer Service and relationship management
• Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and communication skills
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and execute complex initiatives effectively
• Experience in managing remote teams is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
