Role description

​

The Vice President of Product Operations is a full-time remote role responsible for leading product operations across Hardened Fintech’s ICO and blockchain solution portfolio. This role oversees the end-to-end product lifecycle, ensuring efficient processes from concept and proof of concept through launch and ongoing optimization. The Vice President will collaborate with product management, engineering, legal, marketing, and external stakeholders to align product execution with strategic goals, regulatory requirements, and client expectations.

• Setting performance metrics  
• Driving continuous improvement in product delivery.

This position also provides strategic leadership on product governance, risk management, and resource planning to support scalable, secure, and compliant fintech and blockchain offerings.

Qualifications

​

• Strong expertise in Product Operations, including designing and optimizing processes across the product lifecycle.
• Demonstrated experience in Product Management, with a track record of bringing complex fintech or blockchain products to market.
• Proficiency in Program Management and Project Management, leading cross-functional initiatives and managing multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Advanced Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making, performance measurement, and continuous improvement.
• Extensive experience in fintech, blockchain, or crypto-related environments, ideally with exposure to ICOs, tokenization, or digital assets.
• Proven leadership capabilities, including strategic planning, stakeholder management, and team development in a remote or distributed setting.
• Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance considerations relevant to fintech, securities, and digital tokens.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA or similar) is preferred.
