Role Description  

The Vice President of Global Operations is a full-time, remote role responsible for overseeing and optimizing EspinLabs’ end-to-end operational activities across regions. This position leads global operations strategy, establishes standards, and drives operational excellence in software development, team formation, consulting, and support services. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing cross-functional teams, improving processes, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring that operations align with organizational goals and client expectations. The role also involves coordinating global supply and resource management, supporting project delivery, implementing best practices, and collaborating with executive leadership on strategic initiatives. The Vice President of Global Operations will serve as a key decision-maker for operational policies, risk management, and continuous improvement efforts across the company.

Qualifications  

  • Strong Operations Management and Operational Excellence skills, with experience leading complex, global operations.  
  • Proficiency in Supply Chain Management, including resource allocation, vendor coordination, and process optimization.  
  • Advanced Strategic Planning capabilities, with a track record of aligning operations with long-term business goals.  
  • Proven Project Management experience, including planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale, cross-functional initiatives.  
  • Extensive leadership experience managing distributed and remote teams in a technology or software-focused environment.  
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, supported by strong communication and collaboration abilities.  
  • Experience in technology consulting, software development operations, or IT services is highly beneficial.  
  • Relevant bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in business, operations, or a related field is a plus.
