Vice President, Data & Insights

Job Description:

For our client, we are seeking a Vice President, Data & Insights to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will shape high-impact initiatives at the intersection of strategy, innovation, and execution. You will partner across technical and business teams to turn complex ideas into scalable solutions and meaningful outcomes. The position offers the opportunity to influence both roadmap priorities and long-term organizational capability.

Location:

Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation:

$200,000 – $250,000 annually

Responsibilities

​

•  Define and execute a multi-year data platform strategy
•  Lead transformation to AI-powered self-service analytics
•  Oversee scalable data engineering architecture
•  Drive analytics engineering for governed data models
•  Build expertise in consumption-based business metrics
•  Establish enterprise-wide data governance frameworks
•  Serve as a strategic partner to executive leaders
•  Inspire and develop a high-performing, distributed team

Qualifications

​

•  12+ years of progressive data leadership experience in high-growth SaaS companies
•  5+ years managing multi-functional data teams
•  Expertise in modern data platform architecture and AI-ready infrastructure
•  Proven success in driving self-service analytics transformation
•  Strong understanding of consumption-based business models and metrics
•  Experience leading analytics engineering functions with tools like dbt
•  Demonstrated ability to partner with executive stakeholders
