Job Description:

For our client, we are seeking a Strategy & Operations Manager, In-person (Remote) to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

​

This role will help scale in-person psychiatry services in a remote-first environment, with a focus on building the operational foundation needed to support growth.

​

You will partner closely with supply teams and other cross-functional stakeholders to shape provider acquisition strategy, demand generation, and market readiness.

​

The position also requires strong analytical thinking to assess performance, guide strategic priorities, and ensure compliance across target markets.

​

Location:

Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

​

Compensation:

$100,000 – $120,000 annually

​

Responsibilities

​

  •  Lead efforts to scale in-person psychiatry services
  •  Develop and implement office safety and suitability programs
  •  Establish provider acquisition channels in partnership with supply teams
  •  Design value propositions and demand generation strategies
  •  Ensure regulatory compliance across target markets
  •  Own high-impact initiatives as strategic priorities evolve

Qualifications

​

  •  5+ years in management consulting, strategy & operations, or analytical roles at a top-tier firm or high-growth tech company
  •  2+ years leading complex, cross-functional initiatives
  •  Strong analytical skills with experience in data querying and building financial models
  •  Excellent communication skills for remote environments, with the ability to synthesize complex analyses
  •  Experience in strategy development and actionable planning
